The cruise was absolutely amazing and I loved the whole trip. It was very luxurious and the crew was so nice and kind and they took care of us very well. Mr. Naam(teh manager) was very nice and informed us about everything really well. Chien was also very helpful and helped us with everything we asked.

We’ve had a great experience visiting Ha Long Bay with Maia Cruise! Albeit booking the trip, they were able to accommodate us.
Service was exceptional, and despite us being the only two non-Vietnamese in the entire cruise, the cruise manager Nam, along with staffs Ngoc and Nhung tended attentively to all our needs, making sure to translate and explain everything for us.
Food was delicous as well, and we has been feed well during the whole journey. Highly recommend!

Myself and my partner went on the boat trip today and had an amazing time! The staff, including Tom, took great care of us and were so helpful for the full trip.
The boat is gorgeous – especially the rooftop deck and pool, great for cooling off on the way back to dock!
The food was also great throughout the day, lots of options at the buffet lunch and also for the sunset coming back.
Overall a great day out, thanks Tom and team for looking after us so well 🙂
